This Camp inspires a curiosity in the world of electronics and physical computing. Using a micro:bit microcontroller and a Makey Makey circuit board, Ninjas will design and build a variety of interfaces, controllers, sensors, sounds, and more. Ninjas in this Camp will learn to harness the power of hardware and software.
Ages 5-7
Ninjas will explore game design in Minecraft and Roblox, entering pre-built worlds with activities that teach key concepts about replicating the physical world in games. Topics covered include building construction, communities, flight simulation, and more.

Dive into the world of electronic music composition with code using Sonic Pi. Throughout the camp you will recreate songs, build original soundscapes, make unique beats, and perform songs live, all using code.

This camp provides a creative outlet for Ninjas to highlight their digital art skills. Detailed asset design and user interface features are critical in turning a good game into a great one! Ninjas in this Camp will tinker with a variety of tools to create their own detailed image, animation, and tilemap assets to use in their projects.

Tailored for older Ninjas, this camp utilizes TinkerCAD to teach coding, design, and 3D printing. Ninjas explore their creativity, crafting custom models such as bubble wands and phone stands. Ninjas will spend the week designing and printing models to fill their 3D Dojo with wonderful creations.
